Mandy Miles-Rudolph: “My name is Mandy Rudolph. I am the co-founder and President of the Break The Chains Coalition. I am also the youth leader of the Port Allegany CMA Ignite youth group. My heart is to serve God and love people. My mission is to bring the message of hope to those who are heald down by chains. There is a life worth living through the healing power of Jesus and I want to live that truth and share it with others so that their chains can be broken and they can be set free.”
Lynn Keck: “I am honored to be the secretary and one of the original members of the Break The Chains Coalition. I have been a resident of Port Allegany most of my life and have a love for the area and the people. Because I wanted to be able to give back to my community and to help others, I chose an educational path that focused on drug and alcohol abuse and trauma. I've found that circumstances in life can be very complex and difficult, but through God's love and provision, we can have hope for today, tomorrow, and beyond. I've also learned that but for the grace of God, my story could be your story, or your story could be mine. We need to listen to one another and be kind.”
David Miles:

God has a purpose and that purpose is to help chains be broken and lives transformed.”
